- Personally meaningful or important (the person identifies with the goal)

- What do you hope to learn in the process?
Enjoyment
- What types of things do you enjoy doing the most?
- What activities would you engage in just because you want to, even if no one ever knew?
- What brings you joy?
- When are you the happiest?
Values
- How do you want to live your life?
- What matters most about working toward this?
- What's most important for you to demonstrate here?
Personal Importance
- How does this relate to who you want to be in the world?
- What would it mean for you to achieve this?
